If I am selected for the coaching classes arranged by Krishik Sarvodaya foundation, I shall assure and declare that I shall positively attend the classes and take best advantage of all the facilities provided by the foundation. In the event of my being irregular to classes and do not adhere to discipline enforced by the foundation, I am agreeable to abide by the decision taken by the foundation.

Note:

1. Final Selection of candidates is made based on the performance in the written test and personality test conducted by the foundation.

2. Registration fee of Rs.100/- [One hundred Rupees only] will be charged apart from a prescribed course fee for general and optional subjects.

3. Prescribed security deposit for hostel and the Library will be charged. [These two deposits are refundable after leaving the course.]

4. Hostel accommodation: First preference will be given to rural candidates.
